Sandbridge Wedding: A couple more

Just wanted to share a couple more photos from the Sandbridge wedding a few weeks ago. Love the first two from Katrina and Andrew’s ceremony. And the other two are from their informal reception held at the home afterwards.

The next generation: little bundle of joy

I have to tell you, I’ve been on Facebook for about a year now and I am so glad I finally joined. I’ve been reconnected with a penpal who lives in England, neighbors from my childhood and of course lots of high school and college friends. This sweet 10-day-old newborn is the son of a high school friend who saw my work on Facebook. It was so nice to reconnect and meet her beautiful boy and wonderful husband.

Love this vintage scale that the pulled out for the session:

“Lady, there’s something wrong with this hat!”

Comfy cozy.

Sandbridge Wedding Sneak Peek: When it’s about the bride and groom

Katrina and Andrew were married at a super-gorgeous home in Sandbridge a couple of weeks ago. What I love about covering their wedding is that they asked me to meet them an hour early for photos together. That’s right, they saw one another before the ceremony on purpose! And their time together was so much fun to capture – Andrew was sweetly emotional and I got to hear lots of fun stories that Katrina shared to keep him from getting teary-eyed.

Rain kept us inside but didn’t keep the beauty of the details from shining through. Katrina’s bouquet was stunning, the flower in her hair and even the pin on her dress at the back of her neck … small details that were almost as charming and fun as Andrew and Katrina themselves!

I look forward to sharing more photos from their wedding soon!
